No returns or refunds for change of mind/delivery delays/colour inconsistencies. If purchasing panels at different times, due to batch numbers the colour may vary slightly between batches. Colour variations from monitor to product may occur and this is outside our control and the manufacturers.
You may email Hedge Yourself team if you feel you may still need a refund or if you might like to change the product to another design, as long as the product is untouched, has not already been installed etc. the team will asses the goods before a swap over can occur. Shipping will be paid by customer for returns.
In the unfortunate event that a hedge panel or pop-up hedge is faulty it will be assessed by the management and you may be eligible for a refund if it is a manufacturing fault and beyond repair.
All refunds are at the discretion of Hedge Yourself.
Afterpay Refund:
If you, the customer requires a refund and you have purchased through Afterpay, there will be a 6% charge of your whole order value that will cover the costs of cancellation through Afterpay, Hedge Yourself has no control over this amount as Afterpay charges a cancellation/ refund fee of 6%.
