Shipping Policy.

All orders will be dispatched the following day of payment. 

During Covid goods will be left at the door due to social distancing, it is up to the customer to keep a close eye on the tracking at these times. Thank you.

 

If you have chosen an AUTHORITY TO LEAVE shipping method then we are not responsible for loss of items, there is a SIGNATURE REQUIRED option if you wish to have your goods sent safer with transportation.

Goods will be sent via a transport company or courier depending on your area and will take the approximate times listed below however due factors outside our control there may be unforeseen delays.

Orders will be shipped from our factory in Hoppers Crossing, Victoria the following day after cleared payment.

I work from home in Seabrook as a mother and do my best to provide the best possible service and extremely quick turn-around times for my clients, I am very professional and will try my best to fix any problems that arise on my behalf of the delivery.
